Important Update About Our Operations
NestTenders COVID-19 Global Pandemic Operations Update
We are continually monitoring the COVID-19 global pandemic and adjusting operations to match our new normal. While we do this, we want you to know that NestTenders will remain here for you.
Like everyone, we are following reports on the spread of COVID-19 across our community. As such, we are taking precautionary steps to safeguard the health and well-being of our residents, customers, and team members while making every effort to prevent as few disruptions to your service as possible.
What Is Changing
Starting March 16th, all our team members will move to remote operations until further notice. However, we will be taking a business as usual approach wherever possible.
We are suspending all routine property site visits (inspections) immediately. If you have a site visit already scheduled, we will reach out to you directly to reschedule once it is safe to do so.
We are prioritizing maintenance requests. Our focus will be on dispatching emergency/essential work orders, including air conditioning repairs, and deferring non-essential maintenance until it is safe to do so. However, we ask that you continue to report all maintenance as you usually would. The best way to do this would be through your Resident Account Portal.
How To Reach Us
While our team is working remotely, phone support will be impacted. For the quickest response, we ask that you use our Support Center or email us directly. Both of these methods, as well as Resident Account Portal Maintenance Requests, will be routinely monitored and answered.
We are committed to keeping in touch with you during this pandemic and will make updates to this page as events or information change. If you have any concerns or additional support needs during this time, please reach out to us.
Please stay safe everyone,
