PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: Site surveys are conducted during the mid-point of your lease and ahead of renewing for another year. To keep with this schedule, when selecting a date, choose one no more than 15 days from the original email request. Appointments made further out will be canceled.
Someone 18 or older will need to be present during the visit.

No problem! If your appointment is more than a day out, you can let us know here. For appointments within the next 24 hours, please give us a call at (904) 236-4800 as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: Missed appointments or those canceled/rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a service charge as outlined in the lease agreement.
