Scheduling pickup of a lockbox

When you are ready to have the lockbox on your door removed, please request a pickup date from the Schedule Lockbox Pickup page.

Lockboxes are collected Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM, excluding holidays. This process only takes a few minutes and you do not need to be present. We will only need access to the lockbox on the exterior of your home.

CONDO AND APARTMENT RESIDENTS: Some lockboxes may be installed on the top of the front door. If this is true for you, please open the door and slide the lockbox and hanger off, placing both outside your door on pickup day.
