Who signs the lease agreement?
On the Resident side, all occupants eighteen years or older will need to sign the lease agreement.
On the Property Owner's side, under the provisions of a Specific Power of Attorney for Leasing collected at start-up, a NestTenders team member who is Licensed by the Florida Real Estate Commission will execute the lease agreement on behalf of the Property Owner.
