NestTenders is a locally owned property management company based in Fernandina Beach, Florida, serving residents right here on the First Coast. We are not a Wall Street corporate landlord. Our dedicated team lives and works in the same communities as the homes we manage, and that makes a difference!

We believe renting a home should feel personal, professional, and straightforward. When you schedule a showing, you will meet one of us. When you have a question, you will speak with someone local who actually knows the property. When maintenance is needed, we work with trusted local vendors who take pride in their work.
