Do I have to view the home before I can rent it?
Yes, we require all applicants to view the home they are interested in prior to submitting an application. This ensures you are familiar with the space and that it will work well for you. If you are unable to attend a showing, you may have local family or friends view it on your behalf. The exception to this is active duty military or separating military members returning home.
