When a maintenance issue arises that is the tenant's responsibility, NestTenders will handle the situation as follows:
We will pay the vendor's bill immediately using funds from your Maintenance Reserve. This helps prevent any vendor liens on your property.
At the same time, we will bill the resident for the actual amount of the vendor's invoice, including any associated transaction fees.
The resident then has 14 days to reimburse you for the maintenance costs through their Account Portal.
Once your resident has submitted their reimbursement, the funds will be credited to your account, ensuring a timely and efficient process.
