Will you use my brother-in-law to perform repairs?

We’re sorry but we can only use our qualified vendors.  We are not able, for significant liability reasons, to use you, your friends, or relatives to perform work on your rental property unless they are in fact licensed vendors who can meet our vendor requirements and are regularly engaged in the trade.
