When will I receive my statement and rental proceeds?

Monthly rental proceeds are sent via direct deposit to your financial institution on or before the 15th day of each month.  We will also send you a statement at the same time your deposit is sent.

While we transmit funds on the above schedule, we cannot guarantee the exact day your financial institution will make them available to you.  Situations like the 15th falling on a Saturday, Sunday, or Holiday Monday may mean the funds will not be available until the next business day.
