Due to insurance requirements and local ordinances, we are unable to allow the following pets into homes we manage.

• Miniature Pinscher
• Miniature Schnauzer
• Neapolitan Mastiff
• Pit Bull
• Presa Canario
• Rhodesian Ridgeback
• Rottweiler
• Tibetan Mastiff
• Wolf/Dog Mix

Pet Animals:

• Arachnids
• Aquariums larger than 15 gallons
• Birds in more than two cages
• Farm animals
• Ferrel Cats
• Florida invasive species
• Outdoor cats
• Potbelly pigs
• Undomesticated animals
• Snakes longer than one foot or any venomous snake
• Reptiles larger than one foot or any venomous reptile
• Wildlife

These lists are not exclusive and may be adjusted to include other animals or dog breeds specifically excluded by individual Homeowners Insurance Policies or the Policies of Association Communities.
