What happens if someone applies before me?

We review completed applications in the order they are received.  To be considered complete, please answer all questions, provide contact information for previous landlords, attach copies of your income documentation, and government ID to your application before submitting.  If you're applying with others, ensure they submit completed applications as well.

Should another party submit completed applications before your party and they are approved, we will not process your application.  In these situations, all application fees paid by later parties will be refunded to the original form of payment.  Please allow three to five business days for bank processing to receive your credit.
