What will be my move-in costs?
Applicants will need to pay the security deposit, rent, and any pet fees prior to move-in.
If your lease starts on any day other than the 1st, your rent will be prorated for the month. Should your lease start in the last fifteen days of the month, we will ask you to pay the next months rent in advance along with the prorated rent.
