What is the pet policy?
Small pets less than 50 pounds in current weight and whose breed on average remains less than 50 pounds at full maturity and not on the Prohibited Animal and Breeds List may be allowed with a complete and approved Pet Application, an addendum to your lease agreement, and a paid non-refundable pet fee if the property allows pets.
The fee is $450.00 for the first pet and $100.00 for each additional one, with a maximum of two allowed. These fees are not deposits and will not be returned when your tenancy ends.
Fees are waived for medically necessary animals by completing a verifiable Reasonable Accommodation Request.
